“If you have been doing something for 2 years, consider it carefully!
If you have been doing something for 5 years, look at it suspiciously!
If you have been doing something for 10 years, do it differently.”

Microsoft was once the most valuable company in the world.
By 2014, however, it had fallen far behind its global leadership. Apple, Google, Facebook and other companies had clearly overtaken Microsoft in terms of innovative strength and economic success.
Steve Ballmer, the CEO at the time, continued to drive his employees to top performance and urged them to embrace the competitive battle.
But it didn’t help:
Microsoft's star was falling.
The company culture was characterized by hostility, power struggles and resignations.
Then came the successor for the position of CEO:
Satya Nadella, an Indian immigrant.
One of his first acts in office:
He had a book distributed to those present at the first executive meeting.
Marshall Rosenberg's
"Nonviolent Communication -
A Language of Life".
His goal was not only to restore economic success, but also to establish a new corporate culture. This was to be characterized by empathy as a central element of effective and purposeful communication. His belief was that this would create a stronger bond and more creative collaboration within the teams. And this would lead to greater effectiveness and success.
The demand for perfection that had previously been embedded in the company culture had created a paralyzing fear of making mistakes. But now an attitude was emerging in which mistakes were welcome as a learning experience and an opportunity for further progress.
Nadella’s cooperative and appreciative leadership style had amazed many and has since been praised to the skies.
Since Nadella took office, Microsoft has once again risen to become the second most valuable company (according to market value) in the world.
Microsoft achieved higher growth rates than its direct competitors.
In 2019, Nadella was crowned “Person of the Year” by the Financial Times and “Business Person of the Year” by Fortune magazine.
Microsoft appointed Nadella as its new chairman in June 2021.
The position once held by Bill Gates.

“You cannot not communicate.”
- Paul Watzlawick
Communication ranks 2nd among the most important leadership training courses,
the subject of Conflict Management as a close runner-up
According to a German survey of leading consulting firms, see:

The rapid change in the economic environment and the accompanying high pressure to adapt are challenging established companies.
Young startups are open to new types of communication in their work processes. At the same time, they are looking for the necessary know-how when shaping their corporate culture.
To remain attractive and successful, companies must constantly rethink their internal communication and hierarchy structures.
They are realizing that "business as usual" is working less and less.
My Offers for You:
• Nonviolent Communication
• Mediation (Conflict Mediation)
• Authentic Relating
• and Coaching
Individually tailored to your needs.
My services offer a mixture of factual information, practical exercises, as well as concrete approaches to solutions, individual support and also playful elements.
Target group:
All employees of your company.
From management across all areas to trainees.
In my work as an entrepreneur and filmmaker, I have been privileged to be exposed to a variety of life and business cultures.
However, my own experiences have taught me the most, both in success and in the failure of communication. My greatest motivation for learning came from situations that were unsatisfactory for both sides.
I will be happy to support you with an offer tailored to the specific needs of your company.
